We endeavor to provide an excellent service, from purchase through to after sales.  

The Early Years Boutique Marketplace, will email the relevant seller through your order, whereby orders will be shipped on time with 99% of orders will be shipped on time.

Standard UK Delivery is Free on all orders over £30  otherwise delivery is £3.95

We aim to deliver your parcel within 5  working days.

Other options available are:


Economy UK Delivery is £2.95

We aim to deliver your parcel within 10 working days.


Standard + UK Delivery is £4.95

We aim to deliver your parcel within 2/3 working days.


Unlimited Standard UK Delivery for a Year is £5.95

We aim to deliver your parcel within 5  working days.


Next Day UK Delivery is £7.50


Saturday UK Delivery is £10.50



Ireland Shipping is from £6.95


International Shipping is from £19.99 


Delivery Service

All deliveries are made by either Parcel Force, Royal Mail or a private courier service.

Deliveries should all arrive between the hours of 9:00am and 6:30pm and will be delivered with your normal post. Both shipping & delivery of your parcel can be on business days, Monday to Friday, or a Saturday.


European & Worldwide Shipping

We also ship to Europe & worldwide. We may get in contact after you have placed your order to let you know about any additional shipping charges, if any.


Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to the seller.  You should contact us for their full address within 14 days of receiving your item.  We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after the order has been cancelled. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It cannot be a personalised product where it has been made bespoke or customised especially for you.

If you return an item due to an error on our part, we will happily refund you the full value of the goods, unless 21 days have passed since your purchase or 14 days has passed since receiving your order.

You cannot return goods if they have been personalised or handmade specifically for you; where, in our opinion you have not taken care of the goods, if you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has already been sent to production, if you have a change of mind or if you believe you placed your order in error.

We do not provide refunds on gift vouchers.

We also do not provide refunds on the return cost of postage.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post.


Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or an error has been made on our part.  If you feel that you need a replacement item shipped to you, please send us an email at teyboutique14@gmail.com and we will send you further information.


If a replacement item goes missing in the post, we can only offer you another replacement or gift voucher. A full refund cannot be provided under these circumstances. 


Digital proofs

So that your item is perfectly made, before shipping, we send a digital layout by email, to you. 

We will send a proof to the email address provided.

At this point, we ask that you confirm that you like it and for you to double check spellings and details as well.

Once confirmation has been received back, your gift will be embroidered & we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or errors, under any circumstances. 



You can cancel your order at anytime, unless it has already been sent to production.  After this time, you cannot cancel your order or be refunded.


Faulty items

Our refund / replacement policy on faulty items lasts 14 days.  Please email us to teyboutique14@gmail.com with the next steps to take.  This will involve shipping back the item to the address of the seller.  The Early Years Boutique will provide this address via email.  

If the seller believe a fault exists, The Early Years Boutique will either issue you with a full refund (for the cost paid at checkout) or organise a replacement item.  We cannot issue you with a refund if 14 days has passed after receiving your order.


Missing or lost items

Our refund / replacement policy on missing or lost items lasts 14 days.  Please email us to teyboutique14@gmail.com if your parcel has not arrived, before 14 days of placing your order.  

We will follow these guidelines and work with each individual seller to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We cannot issue you with a refund or a replacement, if 14 days has passed after placing your order.  As a goodwill gesture, The Early Years Boutique may offer a gift voucher.
